Saagasa Ratan Villas exceeded my expectations in several ways. the hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for the quality of service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable, evident from the friendly staff who were always ready to assist. A perfect example of this was when I requested hot milk for my baby at an odd hour, and it was promptly delivered with a smile. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with all modern amenities and offered a great view of the surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious, complementing the overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located close to many tourist places. the rooms were beautifully decorated, well-maintained with clean bathrooms. the courteous and prompt staff provided excellent service, while the restaurant served a delicious breakfast in a pleasant ambiance, giving us an excellent start to our day. We loved the beautiful views of nature from the rooms, and the outdoor swimming pool was an added advantage.

The portion size of the food served in the restaurant could be improved.
